2. Why is Vivian not for everyone?
Because nothing truly worth noticing ever is. Vivian is for those who recognise the feeling without needing it explained. If that is you, you already know.

3. Where are Vivian bags made?
Every piece is made by hand, slowly and with intention. Not in a factory. Not in a hurry.
4. What materials do you use?
Wood is at the heart of Vivian. Not as a gimmick, but as a statement — that things are allowed to have weight, texture, and history. Each piece combines carefully selected materials that are chosen to last, not just to look good on arrival.
5. How durable are the bags in everyday use?
Vivian bags are made to be lived in, not saved for someday. Wood is tougher than it looks, and every bag is designed to hold up — whether it is a Tuesday or a moment worth remembering.
6. How do I know which bag is right for me? You will know. Or you won't — and that uncertainty is worth paying attention to. If something stops you, that is usually reason enough.
CARE & WARRANTY
7. Do the bags require maintenance? Not really. Left alone, a Vivian bag ages the way good things do — with character. If you want to keep the finish sharp, a light application of wood wax will do the job. It refreshes the surface and deepens the natural look. But it is a choice, not a requirement.
8. How do I take care of my Vivian piece? Treat it the way you would treat anything worth keeping. With attention, without overthinking it. Specific care instructions are included with every order.
9. What if the bag gets wet?
Vivian bags are treated with a water- and dirt-repellent wood wax, so a little rain is not a crisis. If your bag gets wet, wipe it gently with a soft cloth and let it dry naturally at room temperature. Keep it away from direct sunlight and heat sources — patience works better than shortcuts.
10. Do the bags come with a warranty?
Yes. Every Vivian bag comes with a 12-month warranty covering material and manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right — no unnecessary back and forth.
ORDERS & VISITS
11. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Vivian does not belong to one city or one country. If it found you, we will find a way to get it to you.
12. What is your return policy?
We want you to be certain before you commit. If something is not right, contact us. We handle things like people, not like a policy document.
13. Do you do custom orders?
Sometimes. If you have something specific in mind — a vision, a feeling, an idea you cannot quite articulate — reach out. We are open to conversations that go somewhere unexpected.
14. Can I visit you in person?
Yes. Vivian has a showroom in Helsinki. Some things cannot be understood through a screen. Get in touch to arrange a visit.
