Yes. Every Vivian bag is handcrafted in a small workshop where quality, detail, and emotion matter more than quantity.

3. Where do the materials come from?
We use responsibly sourced wood and high-quality details like metal components and leather — or ecological alternatives depending on the model.

4. How many of each bag are made?
Vivian bags are not factory-made. They are crafted in small batches — often just a 20 pieces per design. Every model is limited, and once it’s sold out, it may never return.

5. Can I order a custom bag?
Yes. We offer a limited number of custom-made Vivian bags – if you’re willing to wait and want something no one else has.

6. Where are the bags made?
All Vivian bags are designed and crafted in Helsinki, Finland.

7. How are the bags shipped?
Vivian bags are packaged like pieces of art – with care and feeling. Delivery is handled responsibly and securely, either to your door or a nearby pick-up point.

8. Can I return a bag?
Ready-made products can be returned within 14 days in unused condition. Custom orders are an exception, but we’re always happy to discuss your situation.

9. Do the bags come with a warranty?
Yes. Vivian bags include a 12-month warranty against material and manufacturing defects. If the issue is on our end, we’ll repair or replace the product free of charge.

10. How durable are the bags in everyday use?
Vivian bags are made to be worn, not hidden. Wood is surprisingly durable when treated properly. Each bag is designed to be both eye-catching and functional — for daily use or special occasions.

11. Do the bags require maintenance?
Not necessarily. The bag will age beautifully even without maintenance. That said, we recommend occasional care if you want to preserve the finish. You can apply a new layer of wood wax to refresh the surface and enhance its natural shine and protection.

12. What if the bag gets wet?
Vivian bags are treated with a water- and dirt-repellent wood wax, so they’re not overly sensitive to moisture. If your bag gets wet, gently wipe off the excess with a soft cloth and let it dry at room temperature. Avoid drying in direct sunlight or near a heat source.
