All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to EU member states and other select regions. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Vivian Style is not responsible for delays caused by customs, force majeure, or shipping carriers.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights Directive)
If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly via email or our contact form.
You must return the item(s) within 14 days of cancellation. The product must be unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Please note that personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for return under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
